did i really just watch that in my english class? yes.
postmodernism. so that's been the concept i've been thinking of. the relation of everything. the blanket effect. a deeper meaning because everything is connected. in the beginning of the movie, i was sincerely interested in learning more about this ideology.
but then the movie, i thought, was just making a mockery of it. it's made my search for connecting the dots look more idiotic than anything else. Everythings connected so nothing is connected to everything and all that mumbo jumbo. maybe life just is what it is. or maybe i shouldn't be so easily swayed by one directors speculation on the meaning of life.
anyways, the soundtrack from the movie is dope as fuhg.
mark wahlberg is funny as hell.
